A 50% deposit is due February 28th.

Camp balance is due April 10th.

No Refunds given after April 10th NO EXCEPTIONS!

ELECTRONIC PAYMENT

The Electronic payment button will take you to our charter's webpage. You click on Camp Arrowhead AHG summer camp link. 

If paying electronic there is a 3% fee charged for cards, so kindly add that into your amount you're paying.

The payment portal is slightly different from last year.

When you click the electronic payment link it will you take you to our Charters website. Click on the photo of Camp Arrowhead.

It will then take you to church app.

It will ask you to register - You are not re-registering this is just how the website words it. 

Click that and put your phone number in, you will be invited to create an account. It only takes a few minutes. If you don't want to create an account, you can mail your payment in. 

You will then select if you're paying for a girl or an adult, it will have the full camp price there.

Next it takes you to a screen to add your or your daughter's name.

Finally, you get to the payment screen. It will automatically have you selected for full amount, if you're paying a partial amount or 1/2 deposit just select other amount and type in what you're paying.

They accept apple pay as well as credit/debit cards.

Please add 3% to cover the card fees. Since all the money goes directly to the camp.
